Episode 261 - Carlos Whittaker: 7 weeks without a Screen

On today’s episode of the podcast, I have a conversation with my good friend, Carlos Whittaker.

Carlos is many things (pastor, speaker, author), but you might best know him through his Instagram @loswhit.

Well, Carlos recently conducted a 7-week experiment where he didn’t look at a single screen. Think about that. Literally no screen (while traveling through airports, the tv in his home, maps on his phone… none of it!). Instead, he spent time with Benedictine monks and Amish farmers, learning the art of reconnecting with life beyond his screens.

Listen in as Carlos shares the valuable things he learned and gives us super practical steps we can take to reset our relationship with screens and step into a life of real connection with one another. Note: We also talk about our world being offended!
