I don't even need to say it: This has been the craziest election year EVER! #Jesuscomesoon

I'm a person that tends to steer completely away of politics (this is my one and only post you'll see about politics this election season) but in the Bible Paul tells us to:

"Pray for kings and everyone who is in authority so that we can live a quiet and peaceful life in complete godliness and dignity" - 2 Timothy 2:2

Knowing this… it might be a good time to pray, huh?

Here are a few thoughts to keep in mind this crazy election season:

  • Pray for our future president.

It may be easier said than done, but regardless of our party, opinions, and who gets elected... Paul urges us to pray for them. Pray for wisdom that comes from God not themselves. Pray for strength, I personally can't imagine a harder job than being the president. Pray that God's will would be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Whether it’s Hillary or Trump, pray for our future president! (Note: Paul, the guy who wrote the verses above, was thrown in jail by the very government that he was telling people to pray for.)
