Episode 266 - Politics & Faith with U.S. Senator John Thune, Senate Minority Whip - Part 4

Welcome to part 4 of our 4-part series on how to approach the upcoming election season without losing your mind (or your soul)! Throughout this series, we’ve heard from different voices across the political spectrum. It’s been an INCREDIBLE lineup!

Today’s episode is the last in our series and I have a conversation with South Dakota Senator and Senate Minority Whip, John Thune.

Senator Thune gives us his advice on how to best engage in politics and what ways voters can be most effective from his perspective.

While he shares that these are definitely turbulent times, Senator Thune believes politics should be less about preying on people’s fears and more about appealing to people’s hopes - which is true whether you’re a US Senator or a US citizen.
