Episode 257 - Ken Costa on the Need for Friendship in Today’s World

In today’s conversation, I sit down with Ken Costa, a leading global investment banker and philanthropist, about his new book in which he wrote about how the transfer of wealth (in the amount of $100 trillion!) from the Boomer generation to Gen Z will revolutionize capitalism.

And while this is certainly important, we talk about something that matters even more - friendship.

In a world where mental health and isolation are on the rise, Ken (a baby-boomer himself) says “building friendships is one of the most vital and sustaining requirements for a maturing generation.”

We also talk about the importance of learning from people of all ages as well as connecting people to others.

Ken is an amazing thought leader with a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to share.
