Am I an expert when it comes to being a pastor? Far from it! But I have pastored a church of 0 people, 32 people, 100 people, 200, 1000, 2000, and 4000 people. A church of 1 campus and 4 campuses. A church that this year was #17 on the Outreach 100 list. I’m an open book that is willing to share anything I’ve learned, including the good, bad, and otherwise.

I got my first coach when Embrace was a church of 100 people. My coach was absolutely essential to growing as a pastor and also overcoming growth barriers as a church. Honestly, I’m not sure I’d still be a pastor if it wasn’t for that coach (more than anything, he encouraged me). Over the years, I’ve had numerous mentors and coaches that have all been critical (I still have one yet today!)

  • 1 year's worth of coaching from me (a 60-minute Zoom Call each month, for 12 months)

    • Topics include preaching that connects, leading a team, growing your giving, reaching people, how to best utilize an assistant, the importance of vision, and more.

    • Each Zoom Call will include me and a small crew of other pastors to grow & learn from (I'm excited to learn myself!)

  • A private Facebook group for ongoing connection with the other pastors & myself during the month

My Fall Coaching group is completely full! HOWEVER, this January 2026, I’m starting up a brand new group and currently have 6 spots remaining.
