Here are Adam’s 3 Quick Things:
#1 Fun. What is something simple you can do this week that will bring you joy? Maybe it’s going to a pet store just to hold a puppy. Leaving work early to hit the bike trails. Buying a pack of football cards. Calling a friend you haven’t talked with in sometime just because. Life’s too short to not have fun!
#2 Worship. This song “I Can’t Get Away” is one I come back to time and time again. It’s filled with promises I need to hear regularly. (I’m a fan of any song that includes Naomi Raine!)
#3 Text. Text 1 friend and ask if there’s a specific way you can pray for them. Need some help with wording? “Hey. This is kinda random. I was thinking about you and just wanted to ask if there’s a specific way I can pray for you today?” (Follow up the next day to let them know you prayed for them).
